1kg Bush Honey

The bush honey bought to our hives in Port Stephens by the girls. We have Red River Gums, Banksias, Grevilleas, Paparbark and many more species in our area. What the bees decide is what we get - the ever changing flow means the taste or colour is slightly different every extraction.
